Some people prefer eating once a day.
Some people like to do extended fasts, where they don’t eat for 24 hours, 48 hours, or longer.
The extended fasts are something you should consult with your doctor about if you are interested, but they can have extreme benefits to the body and mind.
I believe IF is a great tool that is sustainable and worth giving a try.
I personally follow a 16:8 fast: feed window, and try to employ extended fasts a few times per year.
Some benefits of IF (intermittent fasting) are the ability to lose more fat, increase in insulin sensitivity, increase cellular repair, and may even extend your lifespan.
