Digital Eye Strain

This is for anyone who is looking at a screen. 💻

I suggest wearing glasses for your eye health! 😎

Whether you have prescription lenses or not, blue blocking glasses worn in the evening can help reduce Digital Eye Strain (DES). 💙

Adding a low plus lens to your glasses may help reduce eye strain, and improve focus as well. (Studies referenced below 👇)

I get my glasses from Zenni Optical. I wish I was being paid by them, but I’m not! I personally add a slight plus lens (+0.5) to my glasses. I have definitely noticed a decrease in eye strain while at my computer for long periods of time!

At the very least, remember to take breaks from staring at your screen every once in a while.
