Snacking Before Sleep

Here’s is one thing you can do to get healthier, leaner, and even smarter without doing anything. Literally you don’t have to do anything.


Stop eating before bedtime.

Hungry? Go to bed. 😴

Simply stop eating 3 hours before you go to sleep at night.

Blood flow to the digestive tract increases after we eat. This increase lasts for about 2 to 3 hours depending on meal size (study below 👇).

You want blood flow going to your brain and muscles while you sleep. Sleep is one of the most important aspects of recovery for the mind and body.

Use that time efficiently.
